It’s easy! There are many real estate agents in Southwest Florida, but not every agent is the same. Some agents do their job half time or just got their license, because they are investors and want to save when they sell their own investment properties. Many agents don’t answer their phone or don’t call their clients back when they are most needed. I am always there for my clients! The real estate business is time driven, every minute counts, because if you fail to perform on time, the deal will be lost! I love what I do and no matter what day of the week it is, I will answer my phone or call you back. I am always on the go and constantly gaining education and knowledge, because I believe you have to stay on top of things in order to be successful in this business. I have excellent negotiating skills, which I use in favor of my clients. I will not stop until my clients get the result they desire. I live by Ethical guidelines and measure every act by that. I believe that my clients are top priority and I always think, “what is in for you” instead of the other way around!

Before my real estate career, I was an honor student at a very prestigious German High School and obtained my German Abitur (High School Diploma). I studied Latin (ancient Roman language) for five years and successfully passed the advanced Latin proficiency exam (Latinum). At the age of 19, I began my studies of German Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. A couple years into it, I met my husband Jason, who is also a licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Florida. He is a Veteran of the United States Army with nine years of active duty and three tours overseas.
I am member of the German IVD (Immobilienverband Deutschland), which gives me access to the German Real Estate network and potential buyers. I am also an active member of the local YPN, Young Professionals Network from Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Realtor Association. Through extensive study I obtained the SFR Certification (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), meaning that I am qualified to guide my clients through the Short Sale and Foreclosure process. This certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk, and provides resources to help REALTORS® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.
